Initial Consultation 60 Min - By Phone, Online/Video Chat - $195

Includes a comprehensive review of your medical, nutrition and health history including typical eating habits, activity, and lifestyle assessment. We will work together to create a realistic action plan to support achievement of your nutrition goals. At the end of the consultation you will receive a written summary of recommendations, resources and/or recipes to help guide you.

Follow Up Session 45 Min - By Phone, Online/Video Chat - $150

Follow up sessions include a 45-minute review of your progress. We will look at what has worked and what needs changing. We will continue to build on successes and look at adding new habits to the plan if appropriate.

Frankie Reinbolt is a Registered Dietitian in the province of British Columbia and can only accept residents of BC as clients.

Many extended health care plans partially or fully cover the services of a Registered Dietitian. Please verify your plan details with your insurance provider. If you do not have extended health benefits, you may be able to claim dietitian services as a medical expense on your income taxes.
